COLLEGE PREP CAMP – May 5 & 6.  TWO day college prep camp is held in Carmichael Arena, (home of the Tar Heel volleyball team) and designed to train potential college bound student-athletes in skills required to be successful at the next level.

This ADVANCED camp will offer training in position techniques and some team systems as well. It is a great opportunity for athletes to receive advanced information emphasizing efficiency of skill execution, while competing in scoring drills and preparing for play at the collegiate level.  Setters, defensive players/liberos, and hitters will all get technical and tactical training specific to their roles on the court. Athletes will learn, apply those lessons while receiving feedback, and then compete with other high level players from around the country.

NOTE: Players will be accepted into this specialized camp until filled by position, and then trained in groups by experience and ability. 5 SETTERS, 7 LIBERO/DS, 14 OUTSIDE HITTERS/OPPOSITES, 12 MIDDLE HITTERS.

Participants should have 3 or more years of club and/or high school varsity volleyball experience. This is not a beginners camp, this is a training camp for experienced varsity and club players. All attendees are required to have completed 9th grade.*

The fee for this camp includes camper TUITION, Dinner on May 5, Lunch on May 6, and and camp T-SHIRT. This is a commuter camp, with overnight options at Chapel Hill and Durham local hotels.  See information below on special hotel rates for this camp.
